Special geometries, special dimensions, special materials – as single items or small batches, with complete documentation and project-specific test planning. What Nirotec means by special and drawing parts
Special and drawing parts are pipe fittings and piping components that fall outside standardised product ranges – either because the geometry, dimensions or material are special, or because project-specific requirements call for a custom solution.

Manufacturing & technical capabilities
Our special and drawing parts are manufactured from seamless pipes, forgings or plates and, depending on requirements, cold- or hot-formed and machined. Production is carried out using individually designed processes, tailored to geometry, material and application.
Our in-house special tooling and die shop enables the production of new dies and tools for special geometries – directly in Unna.
