Nirotec is a manufacturer and supplier of seamless pipe fittings for industrial piping systems. With our own forming operations in Unna and targeted procurement through an international network, we supply components for projects with the highest technical requirements – from standard components to EN and ASME through to project-specific custom solutions in special alloys.

For over 35 years, Nirotec has supplied pipe fittings for demanding industrial projects – in power engineering, nuclear technology, petrochemicals, offshore, and process industries. What began as a specialist for seamless fittings is today an established partner for plant constructors, EPC contractors, and operators in Europe and worldwide.

Technological Expertise
Our production facilities in Unna specialize in the manufacture of seamless pipe fittings through cold and hot forming as well as IHU processes (Internal High-Pressure Forming).

- Hydraulic presses 150 to 1,500 tons
- Wall thicknesses up to 100 mm
- Diameters up to 610 mm
- Heat treatment facilities up to 10 m³ usable volume
- In-house ITNS system for nuclear engineering requirements
- Mechanical machining and surface finishing
- In-house custom and tooling production
We manufacture elbows, tees, reducers, and custom fittings to EN 10253 and ASME B16.9 – in carbon steels, austenitic stainless steels, duplex, Super Duplex, and nickel alloys. Custom fabrications to drawing are our daily business.
In addition, our production facility enables the manufacture of elbows and tees to EN 10253-2 Type B – including computational and metrological verification of the tint dimension as well as the Ts and Tb dimensions.
Quality and Regulatory Requirements
Our quality processes are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001. In addition, we meet the requirements of the AD 2000 code (W0/HP0) as well as the European Pressure Equipment Directive.
Certification to ISO 19443 (nuclear sector) is in preparation. CRN registrations for the Canadian market are in place.
Project Execution & Documentation
Each project is executed according to an individual Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). All inspection and quality documents are fully documented and delivered with the shipment.
