At Nirotec, we manufacture seamless Reducers for industrial piping systems \u2013 in our own production facility in Unna. Our Reducers are manufactured from seamless Pipes and, depending on material, dimensions and requirements, are cold- or hot-formed. The transition geometry is achieved using specially designed forming processes that ensure uniform wall thickness distribution and optimum flow characteristics. This is followed \u2013 depending on material and application \u2013 by heat treatment and machining. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
